PVS Minibulk Inc, is pleased to announce the acquisition of certain
assets related to the minibulk distribution business of New Haven Chlor-Alkali, New
Haven, CT (NHCA). The transaction was signed and closed by both parties on
November 22nd, 2019. The acquisition will combine NHCA’s Minibulk distribution
business in the East Coast with that of PVS Minibulk’s.

PVS Responds to Suit Filed by City of Bismarck

PVS Chemicals, Inc., has learned that the City of Bismarck, North Dakota has filed suit in the Federal District Court for the Central Division of California alleging various antitrust violations involving the sale of ferric chloride in the United States. Substantially all sellers of ferric chloride in the U.S. have been included as defendants, including PVS, PVS Technologies (a PVS subsidiary) and California Water Technologies (a joint venture owned 50% by PVS).


PVS has confirmed that none of the PVS defendants has ever sold ferric chloride to the City of Bismarck. PVS denies all liability to the City of Bismarck and intends to vigorously contest the City’s claims.
